New Authorized Service Centre for Tsunami and Classmate PC products

Since July 1st 2023, CTDI (Centro Técnico e Distribuição Informática) is the Authorized After Sales Service Center for all the Tsunami and Classmate PC products in Portugal.

For more than 18 years in the market, CTDI, a company based in Maia, is an outsourcer of repair services and commercialization of computer equipment and appliances as well as repair parts, made available on an online sales platform.

The goal is to make technology functional, minimize setbacks, care for, and restore customers’ equipment, because we believe that the world will be a more pleasant place when everything works properly and normally.

CTDI prides themselves on providing flexible and effective solutions to the partners. They apply efficient approaches to ensure that each customer receives an optimized solution, delivering true value to their business. The maximum equipment repair period is 3 weeks from the moment the ticket is opened on the CTDI platform.
