jp.ik publishes its first Sustainability Report in accordance with the VSME standard
The report brings together the company’s main environmental, social and governance results for 2025.
Perafita, 21 July 2026 – jp.ik announces the publication of its first Sustainability Report, covering 2025 and prepared in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME).
“It has been a long journey of learning, perseverance and, above all, pride for jp.ik. Today, we have a clear understanding of the impact of our activities and a solid foundation from which to continue improving. Sustainability is fundamental to the future and competitiveness of businesses,” says Carla Araújo, Management Systems Manager at jp.ik.
Structured around the three ESG pillars, environmental, social and governance, the report presents the company’s main achievements. The indicators disclosed include the use of electricity from renewable sources since 2022, the recovery through recycling of all waste generated and, compared with 2019, a 56% reduction in fossil fuel consumption and a 45% reduction in grid energy consumption.
In the social area, jp.ik highlights the 3,178 hours of training and development delivered, as well as its support for initiatives focused on education, inclusion and community development. In governance, 2025 was marked by the certification of the company’s anti-bribery management system in accordance with ISO 37001.

The publication establishes a baseline for monitoring jp.ik’s performance over time and supports the progressive integration of sustainability into the company’s strategy, decision-making and operations.
